Ready Decks® strives to provide you with the best possible quality in construction and materials. By following the basic deck care guidelines provided with your deck, customers can extend the life of their new deck. However, to offer our customers peace of mind concerning your investment, Ready Decks® offers the following limited warranties on the workmanship and materials of your deck products.
Ready Decks® uses a patent-pending building process for building your deck. Any changes in style or structure are per customer request and may incur extra charges. Also, the Ready Decks® warranty may become void due to changes requested by the customer.
One-Year Workmanship WarrantyReady Decks® products carry a one-year, limited warranty against defects in installation and workmanship from the date of installation. If left unprotected, all wood products will change color over time, as they weather due to exposure to sunlight and other elements. Also, as wood dries, it will shrink and sometimes warp, cup, or change shape. This is a normal characteristic of wood. However, if a defect arises as a result of poor workmanship, Ready Decks® will replace the materials at no cost to you.
Lifetime Limited Materials WarrantyAll Ready Decks® are constructed from treated southern pine, which carries a direct-from-the-mill lifetime replacement warranty, which covers any insect damage or rot due to water damage. For more information, refer to www.treatedwood.com.
Limited Metal WarrantyThe metal roofing Ready Decks® uses on your Ready Porch® carries a manufacturer replacement warranty specific to your chosen product. For more information about the warranty for your specific product, please contact your Ready Decks® office or consult the manufacturer Web site applicable to your roofing product.
