David Wichern and Michael Sylkatis started Ready Decks the beginning of this year. Based out of Tyler, TX, they service east, from the Louisiana border north to Oklahoma, west to Fort Worth and South of interstate 20. They have future plans to expand to provide their A+ service to all Texans!
David heads up production and service. He has over 40 years of experience in the home Improvement industry and also owns one of Dallas’s leading window and door companies.
Michael handles sales and business operations. He has 11 years experience in business and investment. He also owns Sylkatis Financial Services, LLC, an investment and money management company.
Darla Morris is the office manager and can also take your Ready Decks order and schedule your job! She is meticulous in her organization and fits perfectly in the Ready Decks system!
Nick and Mikey Are the two crew leaders for the East Texas branch. Together they have over 20 years in home construction experience. Bradley Johns, founder of Ready Decks commented that “during training they picked up the Ready Decks system faster and easier than he had ever seen before” and that “their work ethic was second to none!”
